  Purpose of the Job         Store Operations (35%) Raising PRPO/FDOA Logistics management(SIMs/ Uniforms) Infra coordination with facilities  Authorize R&M and QC of actions taken Marcom Coordination Compliances (35%) Cash Compliance Store Compliance (Regulatory, GST, fire) Statutory (S&E, POSH) In store safety compliance PV & Mystery Audits Infra Audits through facilities Track and own all compliance closure Regular Infra audit of store upkeep More from less (20%) New Store Rollout end to end Identification of Existing stores with low PI & action Identification and relocation of high rental stores

  Resourceful – Isable to problem-solve and get things done in the face of constraints leveraging support from manager, other leaders and peers wherever needed  Communicates Assertively – Is able to speak clearly and interact in a manner that respects opinions of others while standing ground for own demands  Collaborative – Is able to work successfully with others towards a common goal  Excel Skills - Intermediate Should not have issue with traveling 4 – 5 days in a months if need be
