Minimum requirements:
Store Operations Management  Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.  Visual Merchandising: Arrange displays, window dressing, and store layout to attract customers.  Staff Supervision: Manage and train store staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth teamwork.  Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.  Cash Handling: Oversee cash registers, manage cash flow, and reconcile daily sales.  Sales and Marketing  Sales Targets: Manage sales goals, track performance, and motivate staff to achieve targets.  Customer Engagement: Foster customer loyalty through personalised interactions and exceptional service.  Financial Management  Budgeting: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimise profitability.  Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.  Loss Prevention: Implement security measures to prevent theft and minimise losses.  Store Maintenance  Facility Management: Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained.  Health and Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
