Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Warkworth, New Zealand. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environmentDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsOversee inventory management, including stock control and merchandise displaysEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulationsAnalyse sales data and market trends to optimise store performanceHandle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional mannerManage store budgets, including payroll and operational expensesCollaborate with regional management to implement company initiatives and promotionsMaintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environmentQualificationsProven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar store environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in inventory management and merchandising techniquesSolid understanding of retail operations, including sales strategies and loss preventionStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProficient in using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office suiteDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced retail environmentAdditional InformationBut what can we offer you?
