You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :
Create memorable customer experiences: You will support the team in delivering meaningful in-store experiences that build lasting brand loyalty Manage the day-to-day business in the store. You organise the store and have an eye for numbers, order and cleanliness. Drive our omni-channel approach. You are an expert in linking stationary and digital retail. Live our corporate culture. Cultivate a positive culture where everyone is valued and empowered to succeed through feedback and career development. Act as a motivating role model for your team.
Do not hesitate to apply if
you have completed an apprenticeship or have comparable experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or catering sector. you have at least 3 years of management experience. you have strong organisational, analytical and business management skills as well as a passion for great beauty products. you have strong social intelligence and communication skills and can hold conversations in English.
