Deadwood Harley Davidson is currently looking for a store manager.  Candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the store including staff management, financial management, merchandising, driving sales and customer service, ensuring best practices and meeting quality standards to achieve key results and support company strategies. 

Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

EmployeesSupervise, train, and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance, product knowledge, and inventory/restockrecruit and hire employees and maintain a schedule to meet operational requirements and maximize productivity. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.Implement company processes to ensure follow through and completion of tasks.Sales/Store OperationsSeek ways to better promote the store, the product, and service within the store.Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Ensure new merchandise gets to the sales floor in a timely manner.Maintain a high standard of merchandising, placement, store signage, and display. AdministrativePerform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of all store operations, including timely submission of all personnel paperwork and monitoring banking, cash, and payroll reporting. Ensure the store always remains clean and presentable.

Qualifications

College Degree preferred but not required, High school diploma or the equivalent required. High level of customer service is required.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Professional personal appearance.Excellent communication skills.Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.Outstanding Computer skills required.All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test.
