We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) Store Manager with experience in the jewelry sector to join our clients exclusive boutique in Lyon. If you have strong management skills and a passion for fine jewelry, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the boutique Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team Ensure exceptional customer service and personalized client consultations Maintain and display the jewelry collection to the highest standards Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives Manage inventory and orders Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve targets

Requirements:

Bilingual in French and English 2-3 years of experience in the jewelry sector, ideally in a similar role Strong management and leadership skills Passion for jewelry and a keen interest in luxury goods Excellent communication and customer service skills Proactive, organized, and able to work independently Team player with strong interpersonal skills
