Store Manager
An established industrial supplier is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team. Qualified candidates will be self-directed and quality minded. **$70k - $90k** Qualified individuals will possess the following skills: + 3+ years of experience in retail or industrial operations management. + Strong knowledge of industrial gases, welding supplies, or similar technical products (preferred). + Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. + Proficient in inventory software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Lead all store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and profitability. + Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, service, and product availability. + Maintain strong knowledge of industrial products, including gases, welding equipment, and safety gear. + Implement company policies and procedures; ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. + Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, expenses, and P&L reports.
