Store Manager – Retail (Madrid)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic retail professional to manage a high-end store in central Madrid. You will report directly to the Retail Director and play a key role in driving sales, managing stock, training staff, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and motivate the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive working environment.

Oversee stock control, inventory, and product replenishment.

Use SAP and POS systems to manage orders, deliveries, and sales performance.

Implement store strategies to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Support visual merchandising and seasonal store changes.

Solve day-to-day operational challenges with a hands-on approach.

Act as the main point of contact for the Retail Director.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in retail store management (fashion or home décor preferred).

Strong knowledge of SAP, POS systems, and stock control.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Proactive mindset with the ability to lead and resolve problems efficiently.

Fluent in Spanish; English is a plus but not required.

Flexibility to work split shifts (10:00–13:00 and 16:00–21:00).
