Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and equipment against purchase ordersManage the storage, organization, and security of all construction materials, tools, and equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records using our ERP systemProcess material requisitions from project sites and coordinate deliveriesConduct regular inventory counts and reconciliationIdentify and report slow-moving or obsolete materialsMonitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishmentCoordinate with project managers and procurement team regarding material requirementsEnsure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials following safety protocolsMaintain a clean and organized storage facilityGenerate inventory reports and provide updates to managementQualifications8+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the construction industryExperience using ERP systems for inventory managementKnowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipmentStrong organizational and record-keeping skillsAbility to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred)Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS ExcelGood communication and teamwork abilitiesSenior High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plusLocation:
