Title: Store Infra Support Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Facilitate and support the Agile development process within a cross-functional team. Help the team adopt Agile principles and practices, improve team dynamics, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. Responsibilities include coaching team members, removing obstacles, and fostering an Agile mindset.
Key Responsibilities are:

1. Agile Facilitation:
   - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
   - Promote Agile principles and practices among team members.
2. Coaching and Mentorship:
   - Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile methodologies.
   - Mentorteam members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with Product Owners to manage the product backlog.
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in delivery.
4. Impediment Removal:
   - Identify and remove barriers that hinder the team’s progress.
   - Act as a point of contact for conflict resolution within the team.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   - Drive a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and training.
   - Collect and analyze metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
   - Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.
   - Report on team progress and challenges to upper management.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   - Maintain documentation related to the Scrum process and deliverables.
   - Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Minimum 0 years' experience in project/change management 
Certifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification is preferred.
Skills:

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

 Proficiency in using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

 Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
