Store Feedback & Research - GPC Asia Pacific

We are currently seeking a Store Feedback and Research Analyst to ensure the accuracy of our electronic catalogue through effective management of store feedback.


What you will do:

Manage store and customer feedback process

Triage queries to ensure the optimum resolution

Action queries in line with SLA’s    

Actively follow up on outstanding issues with internal and external stakeholders

Conduct research on store queries including the clarification of issues with stores and customers as well as conducting investigative work into the issue to recommend the optimum solution

Engage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders/customers

Manage, collate and report on application queries from stores    

Interpret data/reports from feedback to identify bigger picture issues that require additional focus for resolution

Keep up to date with changes and technology and catalogue data structures within the automotive / industrial industry, by aligning with catalogue team and external industry sources

Maintain understanding of data use and end applications. E.g. B2B, SmartCat, B2C

About you:

Digital catalogue experience essential

Advanced understanding of vehicle mechanics & automotive part structures an advantage

Self-motivated and passionate about having accurate catalogue records

Analytical and organised with high levels of attention to detail

Ability to analyse and interpret information, highlight nuances and provide recommendations or practical solutions

Clear and concise communicator & able to build strong relationships with your stakeholder
