Store Experience Operations and Services Senior Manager
The Store Experience Operations and Services Senior Manager is a key leader in driving system performance, streamlining communications, and executing seamless deployment operations.

In this role, you’ll oversee a team of specialists dedicated to system reporting, dashboard design, configuration management, and tool support. You’ll also shape strategic communication plans that align with organizational goals and uphold outstanding customer service standards. Your guidance during store deployments will ensure successful project rollouts and foster strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually at home or another non-Best Buy location.  The specific work arrangements vary by role and team.  The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

Systems & ReportingAct as a systems expert, creating training and resources to keep teams aligned with best practices.Build and manage intuitive dashboards to support confident, data-driven decisions.Lead system configuration and issue log integration to optimize data flow and performance.Develop tailored reporting tools to meet evolving business needs across all levels.Provide end-to-end support for platforms like Workfront, Procore, Repsly, and Revit.Bridge technical teams and business units, aligning system functionality with strategic goals.Drive innovation by recommending tech enhancements and streamlining deployment processes.Communication & Customer ServiceDesign strategic communication plans that engage stakeholders and support company objectives.Collaborate with retail leadership to ensure consistent messaging and effective information flow.Deliver expert customer service through fast issue resolution and hands-on troubleshooting.Maintain and expand knowledge resources to empower users and promote self-service.Deployment OperationsLead deployment efforts across retail stores, ensuring smooth project rollouts.Create tailored training and communication materials to support successful implementation.Choose the right mode, tone, and timing for all deployment-related communications.Build strong vendor and field team relationships, coordinating efforts to overcome challenges and improve outcomes.
Basic qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.5 or more years of progressive experience in operations, systems management, or related field.3 or more years of direct people leadership experience to include providing work direction, coaching and/or mentorship to team members?1 or more years of experience in systems implementation, integration, and utilization of advanced reporting tools.1 or more years of experience developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. 1 or more years of experience in designing, documenting, and optimizing operational processes to support deployment activities.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
Preferred qualificationsExperience working in an omni-channel retail environment
