In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Receiving

Perform on receiving activities and ensure transactions duly done on time into business system. Maintain receiving records on shipping/delivery documents for incoming material. Ensure stocks are well protected against damage during transfer and stored at the designated location. Maintain all items and tally against physical location and system location. Ensure non-inventory items received are communicated to requestors. Maintain receiving records on shipping/delivery documents for incoming material.

Material Issuing

Perform material replenishment top up to production. Ensure FIFO is always maintained. Ensure that Shelf-Life and Lot-Trace items are correctly identified.

Shipment Packing and Release

Perform shipment RFID outbound and packing for Finished Goods. Perform shipment transactions in business system. Ensure goods are well protected against damages for shipment and packed per Fisher or customers’ requirement.

Physical Inventory Counts

Support for inventory cycle count and stock take activities.

Environmental, Safety and Health

Maintain 5S and awareness of workplace safety by abiding to safety rules, report to supervisors for any risk / potential risk on warehouse / safety issues

Others

Perform other assignments as and when assigned

For This Role, You Will Need:

Secondary Education 1~2 years’ experience in warehouse/logistics function Strong communication skills Computer skills to work with computerized inventory system and data entry skills to update the inventory control system Physically and medically fit to operate a forklift or any MHE Knowledge of warehouse automation concepts and systems (i.e. AGVs, VLM, and RFID systems)
