Job DescriptionAs a Store Administrator, you are the operational backbone of our luxury flagship boutique. Your role is to ensure seamless stock management and administrative processes, enabling the sales team to focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. With precision, efficiency, and a strong sense of ownership, you uphold the integrity of our inventory and operational procedures, directly contributing to the store’s commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all stock management functions and ensure timely processing and clear communication.Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits and real-time stock updates.Uphold and enforce best practices in inventory control and administration.Ensure compliance with Company policies, security protocols and legal requirements to safeguard inventory integrity.Optimise stockroom organisation to enhance product accessibility and support the sales team.Perform quality control, cleaning, and ticketing on high value jewellery items, adhering to all prescribed protocols and procedures.Generate and analyse stock reports to support store leadership in decision-making.Bridge the gap between sales and stock teams for seamless operations.Provide administrative support for store operations.Assist in-store events, launches, and client appointments by ensuring stock and operational readiness.Qualifications

Fluent in the local language and fluent spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Chinese, Arabic) are a plus. Proven experience in stock administration, store operations or administration within a luxury retail environment. Strong knowledge of stock control procedures and compliance requirements. Ability to maintain accurate records, follow structured processes and manage multiple priorities. Skilled in stock management software, reporting tools and data analysis. Committed to upholding the highest standards of security, compliance and operational best practices. An effective and clear communicator with colleagues, ensuring everyone understands operational excellence. A supportive team player who empowers others to succeed. Foster a collaborative environment where team success is celebrated, and you work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals contributing to a high-performing culture. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to use a POS system is preferred. Possess technical skills to support efficient business operations.
