The purpose of the Stocktake Team Lead role is a key part of operations and support. Responsible for conducting warehouse operations in accordance with Downer and Defence Policy and Procedures within Disposal Services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of inventory in ERP, ensuring data is updated in real time Perform regular stocktakes and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records Ensure items are stored according to safety and operational standardsOrder Fulfilment
Pick, pack and despatch orders as per ERP generated requests, ensuring all documentation and data entries are completed accurately Coordinate incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of quantities and ERP records upon receiptData Entry & Reporting
Update and maintain all ERP records, ensuring data integrity Monitor and maintain registers Generate and review reports for stock movement, usage and discrepanciesWarehouse Operations
Operate Forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company regulations Lead and supervise teamAbout you
Experience in leading or supervising teams Previous warehouse/logistics experience Baseline Clearance highly desirable Experience using ERP systems essential Ideally have experience or exposure working within DefenceAbout Downer Professional Services
