You’ll partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Coach, you will:

Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumersCoach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the teamDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

A passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similarStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound computer proficiencyA natural sense of urgency
