Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
· Responsible for maximizing the profitability of the store by addressing all Stockroom Operational needs and delivering a Stockroom Model for our Consumers and Store Team:
Collaborating, Creatively and Confidently to contribute to the day-to-day Stockroom Operations by supporting Logistics, Inventory Management and Stock to Floor Service for product in order to provide great in-store consumer experience Executing Stockroom Operations with particular focus on product and consumer service in line with brand image
Key Responsibilities:
· Is aware of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store
· Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor
· Is a role model for stockroom operations and completing deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures
· Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner
· Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity
· Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
· Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success
· Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors
· Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members to meet or exceed store goals
· Makes himself/herself available to support other team members when needed
· Communicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance
Required skills and experience:
Minimum 12 months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding, [as well as with first supervisor experience) Minimum 6 months experience in a Stockroom role Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills Ability to deal professionally with difficult situations Fluent English and Hungarian
