HUGO BOSS Las Rozas Madrid Outet, is seeking a Stockist / Warehouse Assistant  to join our team located in C.C Las Rozas Village, Juan Ramon Jimenez, Local 101 3.

\n\n36 hours per week of contract. From Thursday to Sundays. 6 hours per week.\nRotating Schedule.\nHigh level of english B2. \nExperience in retail Business, such as runner or Stockist in Outlet.\nInmediate Incorporation.\n

 

What you can expect:

In your role as a Stockist / Warehouse Assistant, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.

\n\nResponsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience\nManaging product flow between stockroom & sales floor\nSupporting in all operations for loss prevention\nProficient utilization of business systems & latest technology\nDrive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed\n

 

Your profile:

\nExperience in a similar position where goals have been set, met, and exceeded.\nPhysical ability, as this job involves moving merchandise and standing for long periods.\nCommercial mindset.\nExcellent communication skills at all levels.\nFlexibility and adaptability to the needs of the business, tasks, and store requirements.\nProactivity; initiative to follow instructions and pay attention to detail, especially in product replenishment and inventory management.\nEnthusiasm for continuous learning and development.\nPassion and knowledge about the brand.\n
