We're now looking for a Stock & Admin Manager to oversee inventory management, streamline administrative processes, and ensure efficient operations within our logistics team

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nLead, plan and report upon the work activities of the Stock Team executing against customer requirements and operational performance, whilst ensuring robust procedures are in place across all areas of accountability\nManaging the regional strategy and working practices for managing perpetual inventory to ensure integrity, an understanding of stock loss contractual liability and that risk is effectively mitigated\nWorking closely with site General Managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices to maximise efficiencies and best practice\nTo ensure quality, consistency and compliance across the site through effective planning and optimum deployment of operational resource\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious team management experience within a warehouse environment is essential\nMust have experience working in or managing the Stock/ Admin department from a current or previous role\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage and develop a new team\nStakeholder management experience, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver a high level of service to customers\nExcellent IT literacy skills - experience using Warehouse Management Systems is essential. Blue Yonder experience is desirable\n\n
