Your Role:
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you are responsible for cleanliness and ensuring smooth operations in the stewarding department. You will lead your team, monitor compliance with HACCP guidelines, and maintain order in the dishwashing area, cold storage, and supply rooms.

What to Expect:

Leading and scheduling staff, including onboarding and “on the job” training of new team members and apprenticesSupervising cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all stewarding and kitchen areasEnsuring proper storage and handling of equipmentMaintaining checklists and hygiene standardsManaging waste disposal and inventorySupporting the Chief Steward in safety & security matters
