**Stewarding Supervisor** Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen operations? At Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn, we’re looking for a **Stewarding Supervisor** who will lead our stewarding team with dedication, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe back-of-house environment that supports our culinary and service excellence. **A little taste of your day-to-day:** No two days are the same, but you’ll mostly be: Supervising and coordinating all stewarding team activities to maintain cleanliness in kitchens, dishwashing areas, and storage rooms. Ensuring all cleaning schedules, hygiene practices, and safety standards are followed rigorously. Training, coaching, and motivating stewarding team members to deliver consistent service and meet departmental goals. Monitoring inventory and consumption of cleaning materials, dishwashing chemicals, and stewarding equipment, and coordinating with the purchasing team for replenishments. Collaborating with chefs, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Conducting regular inspections to ensure all stewarding equipment is well-maintained and hygiene audits are passed. **What we need from you:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a stewarding role in a hotel or resort, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multicultural team. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
