What will you do?Supervise dishwashers and coordinate breaksTrain new and existing associatesHandle disciplinary mattersEnsure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of chinaware, glassware, and silverware to different locationsEnsure clean pots, pans, and other cooking containers and utensils are ready and available when neededPartner with service personnel and restaurant managers to satisfy guestsMaintain all kitchen equipment in full working orderMaintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers at all timesEffectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of foodPerform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelinesPerform other duties assigned

More about youNo college degree requiredAt least two years' experience as a steward, including supervisory experienceAbility to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environmentAttentive and detail-orientedBasic math skills to count inventoryAbility to work with a sense of urgencyMust be able to work under pressure and maintain a professional, helpful, and poised demeanor.
