DescriptionA dynamic and hardworking Steward to be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities·       Washing and drying kitchen equipment, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.·       Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organized at all times.·       Separating and disposing of garbage and waste properly.·       Using cleaning machines and chemicals correctly and safely.·       Ensuring full compliance with hygiene and safety standards (including HACCP).·       Working carefully and diligently to prevent damage to equipment and materials.·       Assisting the kitchen team when necessary.·       Performing other duties as assigned by managers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise·       Previous experience in a similar position.·       High commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards.·       Team player with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail.·       Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and shift schedules.·       No physical limitations that would prevent performing the required tasks.·       Well-groomed with a professional and ethical approach to work.
