About the Role:
As a Steward you play a vital behind-the-scenes role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure that all kitchen and service areas are impeccably clean and that all equipment, utensils, and tableware are properly cleaned, polished, and stored. Your efforts directly support our culinary and service teams in delivering unforgettable moments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishware, glassware, and utensils
Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper care and storage of items
Assist with waste management and recycling in accordance with hotel standards
Support chefs and kitchen associates by ensuring a well-organized and stocked kitchen environment
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Work closely with culinary and service teams to support banquet and restaurant operations
What We’re Looking For:
A strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in stewarding or hospitality is a plus, but not required
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
