主要な責務：ローズウッド宮古島では、献身的なスチュワードを募集しています。当ホテルの厨房を清潔に保ち、衛生管理を徹底し、調理チームや宴会チームをサポートする重要な仕事です。
必須の業務と責任（主要な活動)ダイニング・アウトレットやバンケットで使用する食器のセッティングやメンテナンス。キッチン用品、調理器具、備品の回収、洗浄、保管。バンケット料理の盛り付けやサービスのサポート。食器洗浄とキッチンエリアの清潔と衛生を保つ。すべての安全および作業手順に従う。一般的なスキル同様の業務経験がある方優遇。細部にまで気を配り、チームの一員として効率的に業務を遂行できる方。23kgまでの重量物を持ち上げ、アクティブな作業ができる身体能力を有すること。外国人候補者が日本でこのポジションの就労ビザを取得するためには、準学士号または学士号が必要です。これは、ローズウッド宮古島の世界クラスのチームの一員として、日本で最も美しい島のひとつで卓越したサービスを提供するまたとない機会です。
Job SummaryRosewood Miyakojima is seeking a dedicated Steward to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of sanitation, and supporting our culinary and banquet teams.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain wares for dining outlets and banquets.Retrieve, wash, and store kitchenware, utensils, and equipment.Assist with banquet meal plating and service support.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing and kitchen areas.Follow all safety and operational procedures.Required Skills – General skills:Prior experience in a similar role preferred.Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.Must be physically capable of lifting up to 23 kg and performing active tasks.For foreign candidates to qualify for a work visa for this position in Japan, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is required.This is a unique opportunity to be part of Rosewood Miyakojima’s world-class team, delivering exceptional service in one of Japan’s most stunning island destinations.
