Position Summary:ADM is seeking a Shift Lead for stevedoring operations.  The position will work a rotating AM/PM shift.Job Responsibilities:Manage colleagues in operation of crane to facilitate the stevedoring operationInsure care and housekeeping on crane is being carried out by StevedoresCoordinate with vessel and barge fleets to implement vessel discharge plansComplete forms associated with Shift Lead position and vessel dischargesTrain colleagues in appropriate responsibilities and tasksSafety:Conduct daily and required safety meetingsSafety Work Permit’sInsure colleagues are following company standardsReview and insure SOP’s and Work Instructions are being followedInsure that rig personnel are completing required rig documentationInventories, inspections, logsAssist in maintain inventory of ARTCo Stevedoring stock and suppliesSufficient computer skills to complete job responsibilities and log submittalsPhysical Requirements:Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and Company human performance exam (physical ability test)Standing for prolonged periods of timeAble to lift 50lbsProlonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/laddersAbility to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spacesAbility to climb in and out of hatchesADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
