Job Title: Sterilization Technician (Overnight)

Shift: Overnight (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

We are a leading food production company committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and delicious products to our customers. Our facility operates under strict food safety standards, and we are looking for a dedicated Sterilization Technician to join our overnight team.


Position Summary:

As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our production equipment and environment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong experience in sterilization processes within a HACCP-certified environment.


Key Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning and sterilization of production equipment, tools, and facility areas.Follow and document sanitation procedures in compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company standards.Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, CIP systems, and chemical sanitizers.Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and report any deviations or maintenance needs.Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and sterilization logs.Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to uphold food safety standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sterilization or sanitation role within a HACCP-certified food manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts.Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, bending).Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in HACCP or Food Safety.Experience with automated cleaning systems (CIP/SIP).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
