*_Job Summary_* Collects, decontaminates, stores and distributes all reusable supplies and patient care equipment in the hospital*_._* *_COMPANY DESCRIPTION_* Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers. *_Essential Functions_* * Provides inspection, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of instruments and other patient care equipment in accordance with processing guidelines, AAMI, AORN, TJC, and OSHA requirements. * Sets controls to specific time and temperature according to material being sterilized requirements and completes appropriate documentation records.
