Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Licenses and Certifications

CRCST - Certified Registered Central Services Technician Certification from IAHCSMM required orCSPDT - Certified Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician Certification from CBSPD required BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Disclaimers
