Serves as direct link to the surgical staff providing customer service. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Communicates with Operating Room leadership and staff on a daily basis regarding instruments supply, specific needs and/or issues. + Reports Operating Room issues/complaints to Sterile Processing Manager/Supervisor for follow-up. + Resolves issues or offers alternatives when necessary. + Coordinates cases with Circulator /Operating Room team. **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:** **Required qualifications:** + High School Grad or Equiv + 2 Work Experience Required + Certified Registered Central Service Tech (CRCST) **OR** + Certified Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) **Preferred qualifications:** + Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Preferred + Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) Preferred This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
