Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide remote evening instruction for the Sterile Processing program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm MSTDeliver engaging theory/lecture content using various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning stylesMaintain and update course syllabi; assist in developing new curricula as neededEvaluate student competence based on program objectives and prepare timely progress reportsMaintain accurate attendance records and submit grade reportsAttend faculty meetings and follow school academic policiesPerform other duties as assigned

QualificationsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Sterile ProcessorTeaching experience preferred but not requiredAbility to create and maintain relationshipsMotivated, self-starterExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to organize and prioritize workflowAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently
