What you’ll do:

The Surgical Processing Tech Trainer provides job orientation, training and education for surgical reprocessing (SRP) and central processing (CP) staff members. Develops training programs, identifies issues to be addressed, reviews trends and monitors competencies for instrument processing and sterilization quality assurance (QA) review for all staff.

On-call is required.

What you'll need for this job:

Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education Preferred: Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2 - 3 years of collegeMinimum Experience Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experienceLicensure/Certifications Required: Certified Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician

Compensation:

Pay Range: $18.16-28.14 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
