Sterile Process Technician – Medical Device Manufacturing
Department: Manufacturing
Shift: Monday – Friday ; 8AM -5PM
Pay Rate: $24-$25/HR
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Sterile Process Technician to join our high-performing manufacturing team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, inspecting, and packaging cutting-edge medical products. Your work helps ensure that surgeons and patients receive safe, high-quality instruments every time.

What You’ll Do

Clean, inspect, sterilize, and package medical products to exact standards Operate and set up production equipment and fixtures Accurately complete production documentation and system entries (SAP, Agile) Perform self-inspection and basic repairs on components and assemblies Collaborate with team members, Leads, and Engineers to meet daily performance goals Maintain point-of-use inventory accuracy and report material shortages Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols Participate in training and mentorship opportunities Support process improvement and quality initiatives
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 3 years of mechanical assembly experience Strong written and verbal communication in English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, averages, ranges, tolerances) Comfortable using computers and systems like SAP and Agile Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (no jewelry, makeup; gowning required) Willingness to work varied shifts as needed
Preferred Experience & Certifications Prior experience in Sterile Processing Departments (SPD) National certification such as CBSPD, CRCST, or HSPA Experience with IPC rework, medical device assembly, or testing stations
