Description:Are you an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse looking for premium compensation and maximum flexibility? Join FirstChoice – Trinity Health's Mobile Resource Pool, and take control of your schedule while making a meaningful impact. As a FirstChoice RN, you'll fill per diem shifts and short-term local travel assignments across our Southeast Michigan facilities. Nurses self-schedule shifts across three locations, minimum commitment of 36 hours every 6 weeks.

What you'll need to qualify: 

Current Michigan RN license with no marks.

Current BLS required

Current ACLS required

18 months of recent, consistent experience in acute care Stepdown, Progressive Care or Intermediate Care

EPIC experience preferred. 

Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility. 

Ability to complete the orientation and training.
