Statutory Analyst

In this role You will (be):

Resolve statutory intercompany (IC) variances quarterly, collaborating with the IC coordinatorUnderstand and document underlying accounts, providing audit supportAlign and support statutory reporting and related departments continuouslyTake the lead as the primary contact for statutory intercompany mattersProvide control and professional support to IC colleagues from different service towersCollaborate with Team Leader and Business/Country teams to comprehend processesEnsure timely resolution of all reconciling itemsSupport cross-functional initiatives to enhance awareness and adherence to IC policyPropose and implement process improvements, actively seeking opportunitiesParticipate in statutory year-end close processes for various legal entities

What You will need to be successful:

Relevant degree or equivalent experienceFluency in English; German knowledge is an advantage2-3 year experience in related Finance areaInterpersonal skills with particular focus on client responsivenessGood level of analytical skills, numeracy and good financial understandingCustomer- and service-oriented thinking,Self confident appearance in relations to the internal contactsStrong communication and cooperation skills
