Division/Program           :          Policy and Plans Division-Planning Section

Salary Grade                  :         SG 11 (Php30,024.00)

Place of Assignment        :            Field Office VII, Cebu City

CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education    :       Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job

Training       :       None Required

Experience   :       None Required

Eligibility      :       Career Service (Professional) / Second Level  Eligibility



Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education    :       Bachelor's Degree in Statistics

Training          :       Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience        :       1 year relevant experience preferably in analyzing data

Eligibility            :       Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility




Primary Tasks:


Under general supervision, perform statistical functions in the planning section;

Reviews, consolidates, tabulates, and complies periodic plans on reports;

Validates and maintains statistical reports for databank;

Provides of Technical Assistance on Social Protection statistics on Project Management System of retained/devolved workers including institutions/centers staff;

Assist in the data gathering or collection and compilation and analysis of the data;

Assist in the evaluation of results of statistical surveys and similar inquiries for accuracy, consistency and conformity to standards;

Provides statistical reports as requested by the regional director for her meetings.

Attend staff meeting, conferences, seminars and other related task assigned by the management

Coordinates with social welfare program focal persons to update the quarterly/semestral data/reports.

Prepares minutes & other materials needed for monthly Management committee meetings.
