Statistical Programmer I/II

Introduction to role:

As a Statistical Programmer II, you'll play a crucial role in supporting technical programming and information components for studies or drug projects of moderate scope and complexity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Guided by experienced programmers, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.

Accountabilities:

Under guidance, provides SDTM, ADaM, TFLs technical programming and information components of a projectUnderstands the contents of protocols and clinical development plans to understand contribution of their workWorks within established frameworks and ensures high quality is built into own deliverablesWorks independently for well-defined scope of workContinues to acquire knowledge of drug development processContinues to increase knowledge of SASContinues to increase knowledge of industry standardsTakes steps to understand the roles and skills of others in clinical study teamsTakes steps to understand the roles and skills of other functions in drug developmentProactively keeps the lead programmer updated on progress of deliveries

Essential Skills/Experience:

Degree in Mathematical (i.e., Applied Math, Engineering, etc), Statistical, Computer Science, Life Science, or equivalentIntermediate programming skillsBasic knowledge of the clinical development process

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Knowledge of industry standardsPrior usage of a statistical/mathematical programming language
