As Stationary Equipment Inspector, you are responsible to perform Inspection surveillances and verification of both in-process and completed work activities including construction/performance testing performed by construction and/or contractors as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning Managers.
To success in this role you should have minimum 5–8 years of relevant inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.

What you’ll do
· Perform Inspection surveillances and verification of both in-process and completed work activities including construction/performance testing performed by construction and/or contractors as directed by the Assistant QA/QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning Managers.
· Required to complete daily surveillance reports, findings and recommendations and maintain records until time of project completion.
· Performs surveillances, assessments, or audits of Worley or subcontractor activities.
· Develops reports for the Assistant QA/QC Manager and/or Construction Managers, Commissioning Managers on the status and quality of work accomplished. Reports include quality control, Project Monitoring Action reports, NCR’s/CAR’s as well as corrective and preventive actions or related reports from subcontractors.
· Supports and participates in HSE audits and assessments.
· Provides input to weekly & monthly Quality Report.
· Attends regular meetings in his discipline as well as quality tool box talks
· Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate and based on capacity.
*What you’ll have.
· Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
· Minimum 5–8 years of relevant inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
· At least 2–3 years of experience in PMC or Owner's Representative roles is preferred.
· Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and static equipment erection and inspection
· Construction monitoring, performance testing, and commissioning support.
· Handling and closure of NCRs, CARs, and PMARs.
· API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector) — mandatory or highly preferred.
· API 653 (Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector) — advantageous.
· CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 or AWS-CWI — advantageous for welding-related inspections.
· ASNT / PCN Level II in NDT methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) — preferred.
· Thorough understanding of ASME, API, and other international codes related to static equipment fabrication and erection.
· Good understanding of QA/QC systems, construction quality processes, and ISO 9001.
· Familiar with construction/commissioning turnover documentation and project quality records.
· Competence in preparing\: Surveillance reports, Daily logs, Quality trend summaries, Inputs for weekly/monthly reports
· Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
· Familiar with MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
· Ability to work with multinational teams and attend routine coordination meetings.
· Strong commitment to HSE and safe work practices.
