**Summary:**
Full Time, Saturday - Wednesday 6:30am-3:00pm
Serves as shift leader in the Central Energy plant to ensure continuous operation and maintenance of Central Energy Plant machinery to attain maximum comfort levels and a stable supply of all utilities in all public buildings connected to the plants, while maximizing efficiency and emergency readiness.

Industrial Maintenance Electrician (License) - Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners, Universal Technician Certification - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
**Description**
1. Ensures all plant machinery and systems are operating within design specs and takes appropriate action if not. Continuously monitors local indicators and building automation system to ensure proper operation of machinery and a stable supply of utilities.
2. Responds quickly and effectively to alarms to minimize machinery damage and inconvenience to customers. Keeps accurate and detailed record of plant events.
3. Maintains knowledge of all plant machinery and associated systems. Maintains knowledge of and practices all plant safety procedures. Understands the purpose and use of personal protection equipment. Maintains equipment in proper working order.
4. Conducts complex inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all plant machinery.
5. Diagnoses equipment problems with the use of electrical/mechanical troubleshooting tools.
6. When directed, assists other maintenance personnel as needed.
7. Possesses knowledge of all emergency response procedures for all plant equipment/utilities and demonstrates the ability to carry out those procedures. Maintains our emergency power systems readiness at all times.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
