Static Site Supervisor
Job Title: Static Site Supervisor Location: London Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week. Salary: Competitive remuneration package.

 

We are looking for an experience and qualified Static Site Supervisor to manage and organise all site-based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work and ensuring they are undertaken within the current codes of practise and to the high standards expected by the contract.

You shall be overseeing operatives and their work, carrying out safety inductions, tool box talks, controlling quality of work and ensuring method statement/Risk Assessments are completed. You will also take ownership of overseeing the project progress, milestones, and schedules ensuing a high standard of work and effectively communicating progress with the clients, sub-contractors, and any other relevant parties involved. You will make sure all materials used, including those by sub-contractors, are compliant with technical and quality specifications, and kept clean and tidy and on top of managing resources to reduce cost. You will maintain the upkeep of the plant and facilities while maintaining accurate records of all work carried out. You will also be required to be part of the callout rota for 1st escalation and have a flexible approach.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of:

 

H&S, IOSH / NEBOSH Hold or obtain a SMSTS Certificate. CDM Regulations Substantial experience of the full life cycle of several projects, Mechanical systems and infrastructure (essential) Supervision of the project and staff/operatives working on it.  You will also need to have an in-depth knowledge of health and safety and policies and legislation. Ability to drive projects forwards with a strong standard of work, overcoming barriers and solving problems along the way efficiently and effectively. Assist with building shutdown planning PPM Delivery Reactive tasks Client relationship building

 

On top of the above, you should have excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively. You will need outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and possess great leadership skills. A strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability is essential. 

To be considered for this role, you must have a full UK drivers' licence.
