役割と責任公募・私募投資信託および上場投資信託証券（ETF）に関する日本の規制要件の理解公募・私募投資信託およびETFの組成に伴う付随業務公募・私募投資信託およびETFの組成・上場のための法定・上場申請書類の作成・チェック（約款、有価証券届出書、目論見書等）、約款変更、法定書類の開示、商品概要書の作成国内上場の外国籍ETFの法定書類の管理・作成のサポート国内外の法令等制度改正対応の確認、対応方針の検討、社内外の関係者との調整等法定開示書類の管理、その他付随業務法定開示書類のサービスを提供するベンダーの管理・監督および制度改正等に伴うベンダーとのコミュニケーションこの役割で成功するためのスキル：

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Vice President within the APAC Funds Management team for the Japan Funds Business, who can excel in a fast-paced environment while working cohesively with other internal and external counterparts. For this role, you will be part of a team that oversees oversight/governance for both listed and unlisted funds in Japan which would include offshore funds registered in Japan.
What you will be responsible for
An understanding of the Japanese regulatory requirements for both listed and unlisted funds;Being part of the team that is responsible for the Japan Fund Governance Framework to ensure that the funds are operated in accordance with regulations and lawSupport processes related to Private/Public Investment Trust Funds and Listed (ETF) Funds which include fund launches, change management, terminations, announcements and Disclosures;Coordinate Investment Trust Fund Term SheetsWork with various internal and external stakeholders on issue resolution related to listed and unlisted fundsOversight of vendors that provide services to the listed and unlisted fund.What we value
