Job Responsibilities : 1. Handle customer life cycle for enterprise business customers
2. Track retention of customers for allocated set of accounts
3. Direct or handle day-to-day customer management operations
4. Track churn rate for allocated set of accounts
5. Interface with customers and track any changes in customer needs
6. Manage entire gamut of enterprise products and services
7. Maintain compliance for all corporate accounts through user and site
verification
8. Follow up for closure of outstanding bills for all enterprise
business products
9. Provide timely resolution of customer issues and complaints within
defined turnaround time
MBA / PGDM
Experience Requirement :6 - 10 years
