**About the Role**
As State Sales Manager, you'll lead our largest state team of field sales representatives and managers, ensuring the execution of our sales strategy and the achievement of annual targets. We're looking for someone with strong commercial experience, an enterprise mindset, and a passion for coaching and developing others.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead and Develop: Partner with People Experience to build sales capability and a high-performance culture within your state.
+ Strategic Planning: Build and execute plans to deliver on critical business KPIs across multiple channels and categories.
+ Customer Relationships: Manage winning customer relationships that facilitate "best in industry" execution.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, category teams, activation teams, sales capability, and customer finance.
+ Financial Management: Successfully manage overhead KPIs to deliver optimal execution outcomes.
+ Insights-Driven Coaching: Leverage category insights and operational frameworks to coach the team in influencing customer decisions that drive category growth and deliver our annual plan.
