Job Responsibilities 1.This role would be responsible for spearheading the Fiber to Home
business at the State level and owning the execution of growth
strategy, driving business matrix, marketing, sales & distribution and
ensuring all public and private ROW and building permissions, high
quality network, construction and customer service delivery either
through partners (including LCO s)/distributors) or direct teams.
2.Business Planning Implement the state`s annual business plans/targets
for Fiber to Home Business by defining network, construction and
customer operations priorities
3.Ensure timely readiness for execution at a UJP and FSA Level including
Land base, contactors, team and equipment availability and training.
4.Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships & alliances with
LCO s/distributors & other partners.
5.Driving Business matrix Own & drive readiness of Home pass for
acquisition , building and customer acquisition and revenue for the
state FTTx Home business Ensure acquisition of all permissions of
public & Private ROW and Building Drive Jio centre-wise operational
performance and reduce variance through appropriate business
scorecards/dashboards
6.Customer Service Excellence Ensure retention management for fixed line
customers Responsible for addressing and resolving state level
behavioural complaints Drive customer centricity during process design,
escalation management
7.People & Partner Management Engage and drive people for productivity
surpassing targets Identify , engage and drive partner (including LCO s)
for business target delivery
