Pay range $18.50-20.00/hr

Golfzon Social Brooklyn is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of part-time Starter/Host. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused in providing superior service.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Welcome guests to the venue
-Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
-Manage reservations (“Seven rooms" reservation system)
-Escort guests/ members to assigned dining or bar areas
-Greet guests/ members upon their departure
-Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
-Coordinate with Manager on duty about private events requests
-Maintain a clean reception area

-Maintain an organized golf club storage area

-Performing necessary side work as requested by management
-Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
-Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
-Assists wait staff as needed

-Assists golfers as needed

Minimum Qualifications for the Starter/Host:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Qualifications:
Possesses basic math skills.
Regular and reliable attendance.
