**Job Description** **Do Twoich zadań będzie należało:** + Zarządzanie portfelem programów produktywności powiązanych z efektywnością procesów, opracowywanie projektów mających na celu poprawę wydajności i jakości procesów + Zapewnienie odpowiedniej wydajności, niezawodności i stabilności procesu w celu rozwiązania kluczowych strat procesowych dla fabryki/sekcji + Projektowanie i definiowanie krytycznych parametrów procesu dla nowych linii produkcyjnych lub technologii + Rozwijanie istniejących praktyk, metod i technologii oraz wdrażanie możliwości poprawy produktywności, bezpieczeństwa i jakości fabryki + Wspieranie tworzenia mapy strat w dziale (uwzględniających straty procesowe, techniczne, organizacyjne i kompetencyjne) + Zapewnienie spójność kluczowych technologii wykorzystywanych na liniach produkcyjnych w fabryce przy równoczesnym budowaniu niezbędnej wiedzy w ich użytkowaniu **Wymagania:** + Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane techniczne oraz kierunki: chemia, biochemia, technologia spożywcza + Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w firmie produkcyjnej + Znajomość technologii procesów produkcji; preferowane w przemyśle spożywczym oraz urządzeń i procesów technicznych stosowanych w tej branży + Znajomość zagadnień i procedur związanych procesami produkcji + Znajomość narzędzi analitycznych i analizy danych + Bardzo dobry język angielski (min.
