What will you do?Supervise team members and complete store operational needs by assigning team members and following up on work results.Train and coach to service and operational standards, company policies, and procedures for both Starbucks and Delaware North.Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks and Delaware North.Maintain a clean and organized workplace, provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Other duties as assigned.
More about youMust be 21 years old to apply and have a Valid Driver's License. Minimum one year supervisory experience in a customer service and/or retail environment preferred.Previous cash handling experience preferred. Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) system preferred. Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products and store safety and security.
Physical requirementsConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.Frequently immerses hands in water, soaps and sanitizer.May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.Hazards include but are not limited to cuts from broken glass, slips, trips, falls, cuts, burns, and strains.Noise level may be moderate-to-high during busy times.
