Shift Supervisor - Starbucks

Location: 150 N. Bartlett Street

Compensation: $16–$18/hour DOE + Tips

Part-Time & Full-Time Available

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager in daily operations, coach and inspire your team, and help deliver the warm, welcoming Starbucks environment our guests love.

What You’ll Do

Lead shifts and ensure smooth store operations

Support and coach baristas to deliver top-notch customer experiences

Maintain calm and positivity, even in high-volume moments

Ensure safety, cash handling, and quality standards are met every shift

Jump in wherever needed—making drinks, serving food, and delighting customers

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or restaurant)

6+ months of leadership or task delegation experience

Strong communication and time management skills

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
