Job Description Summary
The Shift Leader assists the Store Supervisor during their scheduled shifts. This includes running the store, helping the baristas during busy times, training new employees and delegating tasks. Shift Leaders should provide excellent customer service and address customer issues.
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or GED;
+ Two years or more of restaurant, retail or customer service experience in a leadership position;
+ Past Barista Experience preferred
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
+ Excellent listening and verbal skills;
+ Honor confidentiality guidelines in all areas of position;
+ Ability to interact with guests in an appropriate and professional manner.
SKILLS:
+ Ability to manage the work of others;
+ Experience in a retail sales focused environment;
+ Experience with basic restaurant equipment;
+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and excellent organizational skills;
+ Experience in retail pricing, merchandising and inventory methods;
+ Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
