Main responsibilities:
Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service. Train, schedule, and supervise Starbucks team members. Ensure compliance with Albertsons and Starbucks corporate policies and procedures. Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain accurate logs. Prepare and serve beverages using various equipment (e.g., espresso machines, blenders). Maintain cleanliness and safety in the coffee service area. Operate cash register and perform basic cash-office functions. Set up and maintain product displays and signage. Monitor and resolve customer concerns or complaints. Ensure compliance with food safety and shrink audit requirements.We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
